Snoring is caused by an obstructed air movement or air
passages becomeing too narrow while you sleep. It can have

tounge can fall backwards which results in the airway being
blocked.
4. If you are male. It's a clinical fact that men have a
more narrow airway then women do so they are more likely to
snore.
5. Drugs and alcohol. If you are taking drugs or have been
drinking alcohol it can relax the throat muscles which leads to
the narrowing of airways.
6. Your heredity. There are several hereditary problems that
can cause snoring. If you have a naturally narrow throat,
adenoids that have been enlarged, cleft palate, or other
heredity abnormalities than they can lead to snoring at
night.
7. Getting older. As you grow older your throat narrows
which leads to snoring.
